The theme of the Congress is "Global problems of the human mental sphere".
The inspiration for the of Scientific Congress is mental health in the face of new threats such as terrorism. The aim of the Congress is to exchange experiences on ensuring mental, physical, organizational, technological, personal and legal security, as well as to increase the level of protection of people, property, security of computer networks and business processes and increase their efficiency in social life.
